Here’s a link to visa.com, where you can find the nearest bank that sells the gift cards. From there, you’ll need to call them to see if you can do odd amounts.

Usually those check cashing and payday loan stores sell Visa and Mastercard debit cards. They’re perfect gifts.

Go to a bank – I think you can load the cards with any dollar amount.

I’ve noticed in my area you can buy Visa and Mastercard cards at our local supermarket. I think they are in whole amounts ($20, $40, $50) though.
