My matron of honor and one of my bridesmaids are my sisters (the third is sister-in-law-to-be). I bought them compact mirrors from this site with their names engraved on them. They are reallly beautiful and not very expensive. They also have flasks and other items that you can engrave/personalize. I also had an unique pattern for each person, great because they are each so different.

I bought my bridesmaids & maid of honor (my sister) a necklace that had special meaning to all of us. You may check out Overstock.com for decent prices on jewelry if this is the way that you want to go. Perhaps consider something that has both of your birthstones in it since you are sisters. I also like someone else’s suggestion about the digital photo frame.

There is a web site –photoartomation.com ( http://www.photoartomation.com ), they convert a digital photos into paintings of different art styles and print them on canvas.
My friend sent them a picture and they turned it into beautiful piece of art. I saw it and it really looks good.
