Aww thank you! If you’re planning on being a graphic designer, you gotta work your butt off. Like seriously, WORK YOUR BUTT OFF. Then again, it’s the same with any profession you plan on going into.
Good luck with the path you choose!

thats awesome! i would love to see it sometime.
cubism…i don’t know..you gotta really break away from details and break everything down to shapes. looks easy, but difficult if you’re a lover of detail. haha.

I like the detail on the shadows casted by the biggg glasses. You should do a self- portrait using Picasso’s cubism style. (personal project since the painting in the video is for school). I like cubism self- portraits ahaha. But yeah, your painting turned out great.

You’re really talented!
I could never paint, I’m more of a drawer/sketcher? Haha. But still idt my art compares at all to what you do.

Er… that depends. What would a traditional/3D animator be?
I mostly just know basics in traditional art.
veeevy Says:
thats awesome! are you a traditional artist or are you one of the designer types (graphics, web etc. etc.)

you know, the only way to get better is to keep on practicing. don’t be afraid of your own creations. if you never try to paint your heroes, then how would you know if it turns out crappy? the best way is to go for it and make an attempt. and there are going to be mistakes, but you can always learn from them and improve because of mistakes.
my glasses? they are lense-less. XDD haha. they are just plastic sunglasses i took from my teacher and popped out the lens.

Hahah no problem, I went to art school so I tend to analyze people’s art without thinking really

I agree with the person talking about Dallas Green. I’d do something, but I’m always afraid to paint/draw my heroes because if it turns out crappy I feel like I’ve disrespected them. (Weird, it seems my day revolves around Dallas Green: I was listening to both City & Colour and Alexisonfire in art class today, I came home, bought a C&C t-shirt and now i’m thinking of buying those glasses. Where’d you get them?)
