A friend of mine uses those bank envelopes as a wallet. Maybe you can get him a package of 12 of them from the bank? That’s a new one for every month. If he loses one, he can just use another.

Otherwise I bet JcPenney would have them or go to a jewelry store, so you won’t have to pay shipping charges.
