Responsible, togeather with Paco Bravo and Francisco Hernandez,
for the idea and trajectory of this project.
Scientific illustrator for the greater
part of his artistic career, he has contributed to the zoological
world a romantic treatment of species in their natural
environment. With rapid brushstrokes and an intense enthusiasm
for ecological adventure,shared with the rest of the group,the
difficulties of working conditions become focused on extracting
the essence of the work.
Considering that all living beings
express themselves through different languages,he strives to
capture in his paintings the meaning behind the forms: the mist
which caresses and enfolds mountains and rocks, the mountain goat
whose silhouette merges with mystic clouds,the butterflies whose
dance brings moving light to the meadows.
He contributes to the project his
ability to represent mammals,reptiles and amphibians in their
natural environment. |
